They admitted to violating the NFL policy but denied cheating. Violating a person or companies’ policy is unethically behavior that should not occur no matter the situation.
Abusing company resources is another unethically behavior that takes place in the workforce. For example, a person that is taking supplies or taking time from a company is considered stealing. Stealing is a major violation and is very unethical. Resources are allocated to the specifications of a company and should not be taking advantage of no matter the cause. Ethical behavior should always occur no matter what a person is doing, especially since it governs the behavior of someone.
